It is normal for everyone to have more than three pairs of shoes at the same time. Some people even have more than ten pairs or even dozens of pairs of shoes at the same time. Family members are often messy, especially in families with many people and children. There are a lot of shoes at the door. Today, I would like to strongly recommend the method of storing shoes at home.
This course is very simple and practical. The materials of handmade shoe rack are only cardboard box, glue, art knife and adhesive tape, but the final storage effect is amazing.
The whole shoe rack is made up of some triangles of the same size. The size of the triangular prism depends on the size of the shoes. The biggest shoe in the demonstration is size 7, so the side length of the prism is 7 inches, about 18 cm, and the edge length is 24 inches, about 60 cm. These dimensions can be adjusted according to your own situation.
1. Cut a carton board. According to the above size, the length and width of the carton board is 18x60cm, and it is divided into three parts, so that it can form a triangular prism. First, open one side of the prism with a piece of adhesive tape and stick it at half of the position, as shown in the figure.
2. Glue the other half of the tape to the other side of the cardboard and wrap the edge. We assume that this edge acts as the outward opening of the prism, so wrapping can protect it. Fold the cardboard into a triangular prism and fix the opening with tape.
3. The middle of the prism is fixed with tape, so we have the first module.
4. I want the shoe rack to have three layers, with 4, 5 and 4 triangular prism modules, so we need to make 13 triangular prism of the same size. The required triangular prism of each layer shall be glued to a carton board of suitable size side by side with adhesive tape or glue.
5. Then stack each layer from bottom to top. The opening with adhesive tape facing outward is more beautiful. Cover it with a carton board, and you can put some shoes that are not in group. Look, simple and beautiful storage, even if it is placed in the aisle, it will not be eye-catching.
